Sony a7S II
The Sony a7S II is the latest update to the Alpha line of full frame mirrorless cameras. Much like its predecessor, the Sonly a7S II is an impressive HD video camera with wide dynamic range, ultra-high sensitivity and superior shooting stability. The latest update allows for recording 4K video internally as well as supporting Sony's S-Gamut3.Cine/S-Log3. They have also improved the image processing algorithm delivering high-quality images with spectacular details.
Revolving around a full-frame 12.2 MP Exmor CMOS sensor, the a7S II has the capability of recording at 30 fps with full pixel readout without pixel binning. The XAVC S Format allows for 4k recording at up to 100 Mbps bit rate to capture detailed movies with minimal compression noise. Files can be saved in MPEG-4 AVH/H.264. The autofocus allows for low-light sensitivity to -4 EV. The 5-axis SteadyShot image stabilization compensates for yaw, pitch and roll camera movements to give the user smoother handheld recording equivalent to 4.5 stop-faster shutter speed for stills.
